Every candidate gets equal opportunities to be a part of our team. However, we know that certain positions require certain skills. We have streamlined this process into a systemized approach, that way it is easier for us to make a decision and a better experience for you as a candidate.

  • Initial Review

    One of our talent acquisitions team screens your skills, qualifications, education and previous experience.

  • Phone Screening

    After our initial review, we then, move forward with our phone assessment where we get to know if we are a match. 

  • In-Person Meeting

    At this point we explain more about our company and advantages. We have also shortlisted some of the candidates to move forward. 

Our Development Programme

Because of our company’s approach to business and client demand, we have been able to expand even during times of economic decline and looking to continue to grow and as things open up in the aftermath of Covid-19. 

We know it can be hard to take your first steps into an industry today, so Vision Glasgow provides training that sets you up with the skills you need to work with us.

Our programme is best suited to driven individuals looking to take an alternative career path and choose their own trajectory. 

  • While we don’t ask for any qualifications, in particular, any experience in the events, sales or marketing industries may be beneficial
  • You’ll only be accepted if you are over 18 and currently based in the UK

Sales Advisors

Job summary

Do you thrive in a fun and fast-paced environment? Are you able to plan and manage sales on a daily basis? If so, we are currently seeking passionate and energetic individuals like yourself to join our team!

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable addressing and engaging our customers
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records
  • Must be able to stand for two hours at a time
  • Drives sales via friendly and professional interaction with our customers
  • Other key skills for qualifying candidates will include:
  • Computer literacy (MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android)
  • Capable of providing clear and consistent marketing demonstrations
  • Great interpersonal skills, comfortable providing knowledgeable responses to inquiries
  • Generate increased product buzz, distribute promotional materials to clients and customers

  • A student mentality and ability to accept feedback and coaching are also expected

Executive Administrator

Job summary

This role will be responsible for providing support for all internal and external customers by using excellent, overall product detail knowledge, as well as communicating effectively with other members of our customer service, and operations teams. This role is critical to our success but comes with a very rewarding opportunity to help make sure the wheels keep turning.

Job Duties

Assist team-members in all aspects of service fulfillment by demonstrating proficient use of proprietary devices and applications
Executive Admins handle comments, concerns, and inquiries and are responsible for troubleshooting Attend product training classes and seminars
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality is required

Candidate Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience in a customer service or client relations is a plus.
  • Must be able to communicate with others to clarify issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Bilinguals welcome
  • Applicants must have work authorization within the UK
